Students in Grades 5 through 8 compete in the school’s annual Geography Bee. Answering questions about local, national and international geography, students vie for school top honor. As part of this National Geographic Society sponsored event, the finals are held in the school gymnasium in front of all of the students. The winner has opportunity to compete at a state and national level. More information about the National Geographic Society and the Geography Bee can be found at www.nationalgeographic.com.
