Public Act 187 states in part that schools must conduct five fire drills, two tornado drills, and three shelter-in-place (lockdown) drills. A minimum of one drill out of ten must be held during a lunch or recess period, or at a time when a significant number of students are not gathered in the classroom. 

Drills for the current academic year will be posted before the year concludes in June.
