• $300 non-refundable tuition deposit that will be applied to your 2023-2024 tuition balance
  • $500 non-refundable tuition deposit starting February 20th, 2023.

• Student's Birth Certificate
• Student's Baptismal Certificate
• Non-refundable tuition deposit that will be applied to your 2023-2024 tuition balance.
• Up-to-date Report Card from the current school
• Signed Record Release form (from SJA school office) for the current school

• 3-year-old to enter the 3-year Preschool Program 
• 4-year-old to enter the 4-year Preschool Program
• 5-year-old to enter the Kindergarten Program
• Up-to-date Health Appraisal with shot record
