Hot Lunch & Milk Program
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to announce that we are introducing a new
Online Lunch Ordering System (OLOS) that has been in use at some other neighboring Catholic Schools. All lunch orders will now be placed online using a website order form. To access the OLOS, please go to
www.orgsonline.com or our school website
and click on the ORDER HOT LUNCH link that will take you to the service that is hosting our lunch ordering system:
www.orgsonline.com. This system will be beneficial to both our families and our school. We will now have more flexibility in setting deadlines for ordering, we will have the knowledge to place more accurate orders with our vendors and reduce waste. All families will have the ability to access their future orders and account information online at any time and both our families and the school will have accurate financial records.
The first time you access the
orgsonline website, you will need to select the
CREATE NEW ACCOUNT option on the left side of the screen where it states ‘Parent Login’. You will need to enter our school code:
499SJOASMI and then follow the steps to provide the information needed to create your account. One account is needed per family and will accommodate any and all children in the family. Once your account is created you are ready to place an order following these steps.

Click on the lunch box and select ‘PLACE ORDER’.You will submit a separate order for each student’s lunch.
When each order has been submitted, select the ‘REVIEW ORDER’ button at the bottom of the page.
On the ‘REVIEW ORDER’ page, click the ‘SUBMIT ORDER’ button to confirm the order.
As orders are submitted, the total amount due to your family is listed under the ‘CURRENT BALANCE’.After all lunch orders have been submitted, select the ‘PAY NOW’ button to submit your online payment. Please be sure to submit all orders for your children before paying. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete and submit your payment.
You must process each order through until you see the ‘ORDER CONFIRMATION’ page. The system does not recognize or record an order that has not been fully submitted and confirmed.
A confirmation email will be sent to you as orders are finalized. To see what you have ordered you may log into your account at any time and select ‘VIEW ORDERS’.You will see exactly what the system has recorded for each student. You can view and print your orders at any time.
If you have questions regarding your payments, select ‘VIEW PAYMENTS’ to see what payments have been recorded to your account.
The next time you access your online account, you will enter your email address and password (that was created when you set up your account). If you encounter a login issue use the ‘GET HELP’ button to request assistance.
If you forget your password, select the ‘FORGOT MY PASSWORD’ option to have your password immediately sent to you. An automated attendant will send your password to the email listed in your account.
Orders will be paid online using an electronic check or credit card. You will need to provide your account number (routing number) at the time of your first payment. Your payment information will be saved for future orders.
The cost of a full lunch (including milk) is $4.25, an extra entrée is $1.50 and a milk is $.50. These items need to be ordered online from the menu on a day specific basis.
**Each online order placed will be charged a $1.50 Processing Convenience Fee. If you wish to reduce the number of times you are charged the $1.50 fee, you may choose to allocate a larger amount to cover those fees during your first order. Select ‘PAY OTHER AMOUNT’ tab to set that up.
You are able to order for the entire month in advance or order more frequently as new menus get added. We will notify you through the Parent Notes when new menus are available. Please pay close attention to due dates. Orders must be placed before the deadline date. If you attempt to place an order
after the due date, the system will NOT accept your order.
If you do not have access to a computer to place your lunch order online, please contact Margaret Wyszczelski (Hot Lunch Director) at
mwyszczelski@stjoan.net or call the school office. I will happily work with you to ensure your orders are placed.
If you would like information regarding the
Free and Reduced lunch program, please visit
www.lunchapp.com. If you qualify for this program, you will still need to create an online account and place your orders monthly. Your ‘PAY NOW’ information will be adjusted accordingly.
