• Forensics
  Boys and girls in Grades 5 through 8 can participate in forensics competition.  A late fall regional competition is held for Grades 7 & 8, and an early spring competition is held for Grades 5 & 6.  This public speaking program is sponsored and coached by teachers and parents.  Speech categories include Prose, Drama, Improvisation, Declamation, Poetry, Duo and Multiple presentations.  Practices are held either at lunch recess and/or after school. 
  While we are proud of the successes of our recent forensic teams, we are especially proud of how their efforts have transferred into future accomplishments. Team members share their talent by becoming parish lectors, successful high school speakers, and confident speakers in their chosen professions.
