  This week we have been learning about different kinds of sentences.
  Using all four kinds of sentences (statements, questions, commands, or exclamations) can make our writing more interesting for the reader.
  
  Please open your Journeys workbook to page 28.
  Please look at the examples given in the rectangle at the top of page 28.
  Can you see the difference between the paragraph with One Kind of Sentence and the paragraph with Four Kinds of Sentences? The difference is quite striking. :)
  
  After looking at the samples on page 78, please move to the lower section of the page and change each sentence to another type of sentence. The workbook has told you which type of sentence they would like you to change it to in parentheses.
