  Today in English we will study 'Kinds of Sentences.'
  
  Please open your Journeys workbook to page 16.
  
  First, kindly read the information contained in the large rectangle at the top of page 16 which describes two types of sentences: Statements and Questions.
  
  When you are comfortable with the definitions for Statement and Question sentences, please move to the bottom of page 16 and write whether each of the sentences are a 'Statement' or a 'Question.'
